We here at ShipFast Delivery are a locally owned and operated Company. Our Primary Goal is to provide our Customers with Professional Same-Day Local Delivery Services. Unlike many other we offer Same-Day Delivery Services whereas they only offer Next-Day Delivery Services. We have also done an analysis on Costs for these types of Services and have positioned ourselves to be highly competitive while routinely offering lower costs versus our competition. Many of these companies charge variable fuel surcharge prices which can fluctuate drastically. To combat this we have designed a Flat Rate system based solely around the Pick-Up and Drop-Off Location.

As we aim to accommodate Same-Day Deliveries to all our Clients, we have designed a Time-Slot system with 3 different options which are:
  • 10am - 2pm
  • 2pm - 6pm
  • 6pm - 10pm

We require a minimum 1 hour window prior to choosing your timeslot, this ensures that our Dispatch Team has all the necessary Pick-Up and Delivery details to relay to our Drivers. Based on our experiences of offering these services, we set this a minimum standard to ensure all deliveries are processed smoothly within their required timeframe.

For the Safety and Security of our Clients we have designed a 4-Pin Verificatoin System which is established by the Shipper and relayed to both the Driver and Receiver. During this process those are the only 3 individuals who would be provided and privy to those details.
